Optics is the King
Optics = 18 marks. It has maximum weightage in CBSE. Students who master Ray Optics + Wave Optics are already at 90+.
Semiconductors = Easy 7 Marks
Semiconductor chapter is theory-heavy but easy. Just 5-6 diagrams and definitions. Don't skip this free scoring chapter.
Derivations — Selective Practice
Not all derivations are equally important. Focus on: Biot-Savart, Ampere's Law, Faraday's Law, Lens Maker's Formula, De Broglie wavelength.
Numericals — 3 per chapter minimum
Practice minimum 3 solved + 3 unsolved numericals per chapter. Exam numericals come from NCERT examples or slight variations.
