🔑 The 5 Secrets of Topper Answer Writing

1

Always Draw Diagrams

Every derivation question needs a neat diagram. Examiner gives 1 mark just for correct diagram. Our toppers never skip this.

2

NCERT Exact Language

For 1-mark definitions, use exact NCERT words. The marking scheme is based on NCERT. Paraphrasing loses marks.

3

Show All Formula Steps

Even if you know the direct answer, write F = ma → steps → answer. Marks are given for each step.

4

Derivations — Practice Writing

Derivations feel easy but writing them in exam time pressure is different. Practice writing each derivation 5 times minimum.

5

Numericals — Units & Significant Figures

Always write SI units at every step. Final answer without unit = mark deduction. This is a common mistake.

📅 Last 60 Days Plan to Score 95+

Days 60–40
Revision Mode

Cover all chapters. Make short notes for each chapter. Mark important derivations and numericals. Attempt 1 sample paper.

Days 40–20
Practice Mode

Solve last 5 years CBSE papers under exam conditions. Compare answers with marking scheme. Note errors.

Days 20–10
Weakness Mode

Focus only on weak chapters. Re-read NCERT for theory portions. Practice derivations by writing — not reading.

Days 10–1
Final Mode

Solve 1 paper daily. Revise formula sheets. Sleep 7-8 hours. Don't start any new topic. Confidence is everything.
