2. Description of Services

NyayDwar is an online platform that:

• Connects clients with verified lawyers
• Facilitates legal consultations (online and offline)
• Provides legal information and resources
• Offers business registration services

Disclaimer: NyayDwar is a platform/intermediary and does not itself provide legal advice. The lawyers on our platform are independent professionals.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3.3 Advocate Verification

Advocates must provide valid Bar Council enrollment proof. False information will result in immediate account termination.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the platform for illegal purposes
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Interfere with the platform's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Post spam or unauthorized advertising

5. Payments & Refunds

• All fees are clearly displayed before confirmation
• Payments are processed through secure gateways
• Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session is completed
• Refunds for cancelled appointments are processed within 7-10 business days
• NyayDwar charges a platform fee which is non-refundable

6. Intellectual Property

All content on NyayDwar including text, graphics, logos, and software is our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

NyayDwar shall not be liable for:

• Quality of legal services provided by lawyers
• Outcomes of legal cases or disputes
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or business interruption

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Delhi, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The courts of Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
